Krsna was once kept as a pet by a family that provided him and his companion, Louie, with thoughtfully designed outdoor habitats and indoor enclosures. Kari, along with a habitat builder, collaborated with the family to create these environments, ensuring the best possible living conditions for Krsna and Louie. However, when a family member fell seriously ill and needed to travel for treatment, caring for the two capuchins became challenging, prompting their relocation to Jungle Friends for better care.

At Jungle Friends, Krsna adapted quickly, thanks to his familiarity with similar habitat designs and enclosure systems. While efforts to introduce Krsna to female capuchins have yet to find him a suitable companion, the search continues, given his sweet and intelligent nature. Krsna's favorite things include peanuts, the company of his male caregivers, and the visitors who stop by to see him. He also loves curling up in his blankets inside his heated cave, finding comfort and warmth in his new sanctuary home.
