In April of 2015, Toad embarked on a new chapter of his life at Jungle Friends, joining 32 other cotton-top tamarins after their former laboratory closed. Having lived indoors, Toad's curiosity for the outdoors made him one of the first to venture outside. Once in the open air, Toad and his partner found solace in their outdoor nest box, choosing to spend most nights beneath the starlit sky. With a runway that stretches through Munchkinland, Toad's zest for speed becomes palpable as he dashes back and forth, striving to outpace his fellow pals in a perpetual race against time and whimsical wind. Toad is a busy body, always on the move, and his goofy antics keep everyone entertained. Despite his playful nature, he is very protective of his mate Kali, ensuring she is safe at all times.

Toad's spirit doppelganger is Usain Bolt because, like Bolt, Toad has an insatiable love for speed and is always racing through his habitat with a burst of energy and enthusiasm that mirrors the legendary sprinter's record-breaking sprints.
