Bart Simpson (namesake)
Cotton-top Tamarin

Former Lab
Mischievous and Precocious Scalawag
Adventurous, clever, and just a little bit sneaky, Bart is a tamarin who knows how to make an impression! Named after a certain spiky-haired cartoon troublemaker, Bart's bold spirit made him the first of his group to step outside and explore the big, beautiful world beyond his enclosure.
Bart arrived at Jungle Friends with ten other cotton-top tamarins after their former laboratory home shut down. While the move marked a big change, Bart embraced his new life with enthusiasm and a fearless attitude. He was quick to explore the outdoors, basking in the Florida sunshine and eagerly inspecting every nook and cranny of his new habitat.
These days, Bart is known for his playful antics and quirky habits - like playfully hiding from his caregivers during routine checks, just to keep them guessing. He also loves to keep a close eye on his monkey neighbors, watching their every move with intense curiosity (and probably taking notes for future pranks). When he's not exploring or goofing around, you'll often find him on the hunt for bugs or munching on his absolute favorite treat: canned marmoset diet. With his boundless energy and cheeky charm, Bart keeps the whole sanctuary on their toes - and laughing every step of the way!
Bart, much like his namesake Bart Simpson, embodies a mischievous spirit. He's constantly up to something, always infusing his playful antics into the day.
